What happens if I accidentally miss a dose of FYTTIN?

The recommended daily dose of FYTTIN is 3 x 10 ml. If you accidentally miss a dose or two, continue the treatment where you left off. FYTTIN takes a few weeks to take effect, so there is no need to top up (let alone in addition to the daily dose).

What happens if I drink the FYTTIN drink and Shake but don’t follow the diet and/or exercise?

Nothing special. Expected weight loss, but probably at a slower pace than desired, possibly not in the "targeted" areas. Like all programmes, FYTTIN really works if you pay attention to what you eat and how much exercise you do, as well as how much you drink. There is no strict diet or exercise plan for FYTTIN, but we do recommend a smart diet and minimal daily healthy exercise. Because while there are no miracles, there is faster, less effort to lose weight!

How to use FYTTIN Shake?

Replacing two meals a day of a low-calorie diet with FYTTIN Shake helps to reduce body weight. Replacing one meal a day of a reduced calorie diet with FYTTIN Shakes helps to maintain the weight gained after weight loss.

How to use FYTTIN drink?

The recommended daily dose for adults is 15 ml (one tablespoon) of FYTTIN drink 3 times a day. Take it on an empty stomach in the morning and one to one and a half hours after meals at noon and in the evening. Hold it in your mouth for a short time before swallowing.

Can people with insulin resistance or diabetes drink FYTTIN even though it contains lactose?

Yes. As mentioned above, there is very little lactose in a full daily portion, only 1.5 g. Also per daily portion, FYTTIN contains only 26 kCal of calories - partly because lactose has a lower glycaemic index than glucose or cane sugar (Bowen et al., 2006).

When does someone become overweight or obese?

According to WHO recommendations, a BMI of 25.0-29.9 indicates overweight, and a BMI above 30 indicates obesity. You can calculate your own BMI value this way:

BMI = (body weight) / (height squared)

For example, for a person weighing 70 kg and standing 1.75 m tall:

BMI = 70 kg / (1.75 x 1.75) m2 = 70 / 3.06 = 22.9

Can lactose intolerant people also drink FYTTIN?

Yes. The maximum dose that can be taken by lactose intolerant people without any adverse side effects is about 10-15 g lactose/day (Corgneau et al., 2016; Macfarlane et al., 2008; Venema, 2012). Below this amount, bacteria can break down lactose properly, producing substances and quantities that can be used by the body. The recommended daily dose of FYTTIN (3 x 10 ml) contains only 1.5 g of lactose.
